Terms of Use

Seller responsibility

Sellers must have authority to advertise the vehicle and must provide accurate, lawful and non-misleading information, including known material faults.

Buyer responsibility

Buyers must independently verify identity, ownership, condition, history, finance, suitability, price and transfer requirements before completing a transaction.

Marketplace role

AutoHelp provides advertising, account, search and enquiry tools. It is not a party to the vehicle sale, does not inspect every vehicle and does not hold transaction funds.

Moderation

AutoHelp may edit, reject, suspend or remove accounts and listings that are unsafe, misleading, duplicated, unlawful, abusive or inconsistent with marketplace requirements.

Trial and availability

The launch trial may be adjusted or replaced by future plans. Site features may change as the marketplace develops.
